Research is showing that when people of multiple generations are involved in the lives of youth in the church, those youth are more likely to stay with their faith as they mature. Research has also shown that a key to successful aging is social engagement. Improving the ministries and engagement between generations is one of the best ways to provide long lasting, sustainable benefit through ministry to all ages of the church.
